Minority Hiring Consulting

People are generally asking a few different questions concerning hiring and diversifying an organization through hiring:

1. We desire to diversify, so we need help recruiting and finding minority leadership.

2. We are already in the process of hiring minority leadership, we would like consultation on best practices when bringing on a new minority on staff.
